K&K Driver — help for drivers
K&K Driver is the app K&K Trucking Montana drivers use to see their assigned loads, record arrival and departure at each stop, capture pulp temperatures, and photograph the bill of lading and proof of delivery. Your sign-in is issued by dispatch — the app has no public sign-up.

We respond within one business day. For anything urgent on a live load, call dispatch directly.
How do I sign in?
Enter the username and password dispatch gave you. Under the logo the app tells you whether it can reach dispatch — if it doesn't say Connected to dispatch, the problem is your signal, not your password.
I forgot my password.
Call dispatch and ask them to set a new one. For security, nobody can look up your existing password — it can only be replaced.
My loads list is empty.
You only ever see loads assigned to you. If you're expecting one, pull down to refresh, then check with dispatch that it's actually been assigned to your name.
A stop is wrong — the address or the appointment time.
Call dispatch. Drivers can't add, remove, reorder or re-point a stop, on purpose: dispatch owns the route, and the app records what actually happened. That's what keeps the paperwork straight if a load is ever disputed.
I lost signal in the middle of a stop.
Keep going. The app works fully offline and stores everything on the phone — arrivals, temperatures, photos, signatures. It sends the backlog to dispatch on its own once you have a connection again. You don't need to redo anything.
The app won't use my location.
Open Settings → K&K Driver → Location and allow access While Using the App. Location is how your arrival and departure at a shipper or receiver get stamped, so dispatch doesn't have to call you to confirm.
The camera won't open for a BOL or POD photo.
Open Settings → K&K Driver and allow Camera. If you already took the photo, you can attach it from your photo library instead.
It won't let me leave a stop.
A pulp temperature is required at every stop before you can depart. That reading is the evidence the cold chain held, so the app won't skip it.
